Even seasoned horror fans, which comprise a majority of Fantasia regulars, would not have been familiar with the horror legacy of Serbia, which made the spotlight an invaluable genre education. One of the highlights of the 2010 Fantasia International Film Festival was their spotlight on Serbian horror film, “Subversive Serbia”.
